Weiguo Shen joined us in December of 2006 as General Manager. From December of 2000 to November of 2006, he worked as Chairman of Board of Shanghai Kunlun Trade Co., Ltd. He is also the General Manager of Shanghai Kunlun Translation Co., Ltd..

Zuheng Xu joined us in July of 2007 as Chairman of Board. He has been General Manager of Hongkong Fuge Tobacco Company since April of 2002 and he has been Chairman of Board of Shanghai Heng’er Trade Co., Ltd. since August of 1999 and the vice president of Japanese MYS kabushiki kaisha since August of 1997. He completed courses on Business Administration in Only Collage of Shanghai Jiaotong University in March of 2003. He completed courses on Enterprise Administration in East China University of Science and Technology in January of 2002 and he obtained a MBA certificate of US Business School of Shanghai Jiaotong University in April of 2002.

Xinghang Zhou joined us in September of 2006 as Deputy General Manager in charge of the market operating. From August of 2005 to September of 2006, he worked as the Executive Director in Shanghai Branch of CCIBC. From May of 2003 to August of 2005, he worked as a director and Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Zhongxi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. He obtained a News Bachelor Degree of Shanghai Fudan University in August of 1984.

Zengwen Zhou joined us in July of 2008 as an independent director. He has been Chairman of Board of Shanghai Zhizunbao Education Information Consulting Co., Ltd. since November of 2007 and he has been Chairman of Board and Dean of Shanghai Computer Information Continuing Education Collage since March of 2007. He also has been General Manager of Shanghai Bihua Information Technology Co., Ltd. since September of 2006. From January of

2000 to September of 2006, he worked as General Manager of Southeast China Branch of CERNET Corporation.

Zijun Cui joined us in July of 2008 as an independent director. From January of 2007 to November of 2007, he worked as General Consultant of Internet Evaluation System and Information-based Construction of Shanghai Education Evaluation Institute. He has been Dean of Information Center of Shanghai Jiguang Vocation Technology Collage since July of 2006. ****He got a Master Degree of Computer Technology from Collage of Electronics and Information of Tongji University in December of 1981. He got a professor title of Tongji University in July of 1988 and a researcher title of Tongji Universtiy in July of 1997.

Baohua Zhang joined us in July of 2008 as an independent director. He has been President Assistant and director of Finance Department of Jinjiang International (Group) Co., Ltd. since June of 2003. He got a Master Degree of Administration Science and Engineering in Shanghai University in February of 2001. He got a Master Degree of Business Administration in University of Southern Queensland of Australia.

Wei Wang joined us in July of 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. From April of 2005 to June of 2008, she worked as the Financial Director in Shanghai Jingwei Machine Tool Co., Ltd. From May of 2002 to April of 2005, she worked as a financial employee in Shanghai Jingwei Group. From October of 1998 to May of 2002, she worked as the financial Director of Shanghai Wire Mesh NO 2 Factory. She got a Machine Special Academic Qualification of Shanghai University in Octorber of 1987. In May of 2002, he got a certificate of intermediate accountant issued by PRC Ministry of Finance.
